Gratitude

Gratitude means thanks and appreciation for the blessing of your life.  Count them daily.

Compassion

Compassion. If someone shows kindness, caring, and a willingness to help others, they're showing compassion.

Generosity

Generosity is giving to another person something of yours as an act of freewill, without obligation.

Happiness

Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can't help but smile.

Gratitude

I used to cry the blues because I had no shoes until upon the street, I met a man who had no feet.

There will always be someone much worse off.  Be Grateful.

Count your blessings.

Compassion

Compassion and Empathy.

Compassion is the ability to feel for another living being.

Empathy is the ability to not only understand another's feelings, but also to become one with that person's distress… to put yourself in their shoes and imagine what they're going through in that situation.

Generosity

Generous people care.

People who give truly and freely do so because they care.

They hate to see others suffer and are willing to do something about it.

Put them all together they spell HAPPINESS

The big picture is this: The common thread of unrest in any society is the despair felt when people have abandoned hope of comfort or success. Finding one's inner beauty enriches one's well-being because unlocking human potential is the key to happiness.
