Single Mom

Imagine the everyday hassles experienced by a single parent.  Add that to a pandemic and it is easy to understand how difficult life is for many  families.

Happy parents raise happy children.  Improved living conditions and educational opportunities for children enhances a child's happiness and chances for a lifetime of achievement and success.

When life returns to a new normal, single parents hopes and dreams will include a home of their own coupled with a plan for long term security.  We want to help.

Helping hands help children

Our Mission is to help single working parents improve their lives and plan a future in a home they own.

In 2019, there were about 15.76 million children living with a single mother in the United States, and about 3.23 million children living with a single father.

The Purpose of Life Is to Strive for Happiness

Compassion is the Source of Happiness

Happiness happens when we help others improve their living conditions and show them how to provide opportunities for their children.

Do you own a house you no longer need?  Please consider donating it.

We'll keep you informed every step of the way. If both parties choose to keep in touch we'll help  you mentor the new owner.  Kinda like adopting another family.  It's called win-win.

A contribution will help us buy and prepare a house, qualify a single parent owner and finance their eventual ownership.

A cash contribution will  help us buy and prepare a house, find a veteran's widow(er) and arrange  ownership.

Your home donation enables us to plan, organize and control a successful ownership transfer.

As a transaction proceeds we work with local professionals to assure local support services.

Apartment to apartment living can be tough on children.  My kids love their large backyard and their new school system.  It is so much nicer having our own place and a permanent home.

My son and I planted flowers before the new owner moved in as a surprise for a single working mother and her young children moving into their first home.

My friend, the terminally ill owner donated his home. I know he would be so pleased that the home is now lived in and loved by  a single working mother with three  children.
